All homes with FHA loans are insured by HUD. When a home is foreclosed on by a bank with an FHA insured loan, HUD is the government agency who takes responsibility for selling the home. All HUD homes for sale can be found on the HUD Home Store website. Only HUD approved real estate brokers are allowed to sell HUD homes, and Metrolink Realty is an approved/certified HUD broker.
